How to book a transfer service?

To book a transfer service you have to fill-in the request form. We’ll get back to you with a price quote and reserve a car for you. As soon as we book a driver you’ll receive a confirmation with the name and phone number of the driver who will transfer you to your destination.

How to pay for the transfer service?

We do not require deposits. You can pay for the private taxi service on arrival directly to the driver. Other currencies payments are also accepted – US Dollar, Euro or Bulgarian Lev.

What is included in the Transfer?

A transfer is a private means of transpiration booked only for you. A driver will be waiting with your name printed on paper in the arrivals lounge. Just look for your name. The driver will courteously help you with your luggage to the car. The entire transfer ride is dedicated to you and your convenience.

What happens if the flight has a delay?

We monitor flight schedule and would be aware of any delays. Your driver will be waiting for the flight to land and will meet and greet you at the arrivals lounge. No additional payment is required!

Where do I find my driver upon landing?

The driver will be waiting at arrivals lounge at the airport with your name printed on paper. If you have trouble to find your driver you can call him on the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
